Restaurant and bar program:
Breakfast is served daily between 7:00 and 10:00 am, Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 11:00 AM. The restaurant on the ground floor welcomes you daily from 07:00 to 24:00.
Smoking:
Within the hotel there are rooms for both smokers and non-smokers and the restaurant and public areas have special places for smokers.
Safety:
The hotel and public spaces are monitored 24/24 7/7 by camera surveilance system. We are not responsible for items forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen in the hotel, conference rooms, restaurant and or bar.
Parking space and cars:
The unit also provides security parking for cars (we suggest to avoid leaving valuables inside your vehicles).
Special Needs:
We want to ensure the best conditions for people with special needs. Most of our hotel spaces are accessible for people in wheelchairs. If you have special needs of any kind, please let us know in advance to be able to make the needed accomodations to make your stay more enjoyable.
Animals:
The general rule is that hotel accommodation is not allowed to people accompanied by animals and birds.
Guests:
You can welcome visitors to your room from 08:00 to 22:00, at no additional costs. If guests are welcomed between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 they will have to pay the price difference and register at reception.
Confidentiality:
We will never use your personal information without your prior consent.
Environmental Protection:
This is an ongoing concern. Linen and towels are changed from 3 to 3 days or 2 days if that is the accommodation or uppon client's request. If you want us to change the linen and towels more often, please leave them on the floor in the bathroom.
Responsibilities:
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to other hotel guests or staff, buildings, furniture and hotel equipment Intentionally or unintentionnaly, and will be imputed. Hotel Liability does not extend to vehicles or their loads.
Behavior:
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or the restaurant serving to intoxicated customers, rude or disruptive to their attitude harm or disturb to other guests or to the hotel image.
Final clauses:
We believe that every client when accessing any services offered by the hotel complex (hotel, restaurant, bar, conference room) is aware of the terms and conditions mentioned above and tacitly accepted them. Hotel policies can change at any time without notice.
