Arrival and departure:
- Accommodation is from 12.00.
- Release is room until 12:00.
- At request of customers and when the hotel has facilities according to international practice we may apply special rates if you wish to remain after 12.00 in the room as follows:
To occupy the room until 23:00, you will be charged 50% of the rate shown.
Luggage can be stored in the luggage room free of charge for 24 hours.
Accommodation:
Accommodating each person is done by filling in the announcement of arrival based on ID.
Accommodation for children up to 7 years old will be free, for children between 7-12 years will be charged 50% of the bed with or without offering supplement bed called an extra bed in the room and children over 12 years will be charged the normal rate .
Cancellation:
Any cancellation will be done by contacting us.
No penalties will apply if cancellation (reservation up to 5 rooms) will be done at least 3 days in advance. The penalty is the equivalent of the first day of accommodation.
If you booked 5 or more rooms, the cancellation have to be done with at least 10 days prior to arrival date.
